This camp is for the serious player! We will focus on 8 Pro Moves out of the Triple Threat Position! Pump fake and go, first step explosion, how to be devastating in the paint, gaining separation off the dribble will all be taught! This camp is run in conjunction with our Post Player Camp! Learn how to play out on the perimeter facing the basket! This camp focuses on both offense and defense. We focus on developing your court vision, how to run "The Show", making reads to put your team into the best scoring position, taking your ball handling to the next level and the difference in training and just practicing. Camp is divided into teaching sessions, drills sessions and then combining post players for full court games implementing techniques acquired in drill and teaching sessions. Camp includes sessions on Strectching, Speed and Agility, Strength and Conditioning for Guards and Forwards. Each player will receive a complete training program that will guide them to the next level! Camp is for advanced middle school players and high school players! Boys and Girls Lely High School July 21 through July 25 1:00pm to 4:00pm The focus of this camp is to develop your Post Skills to obtain possession by getting  position. Learn the principles needed to defend and become a offensive threat in the post. Positioning, leverage and specific's how to's will be taught. The camp is broken down into teaching and drill sessions, then campers will be combined with Guard Perimeter camp for games implementing and teaching specific skills taught earlier in the day. Camps skills cover Rebounding, Pro Post Moves, Screen and Roll, Screen and Stroll, Defense in the Post, Passing out of the Post, Strength and Conditioning for Strong Post Play! Each player will receive a complete training program that will guide them to the next level! Camp is for advanced middle school players and high school players! Camp Cost - $89.00, includes a Winning Ways Basketball Academy T-Shirt Post Camp Director - Zoran Viskovic Zoran Viskovic a European Professional Basketball player. Graduated from Valparaiso University with the degree in Physical Education-Sports management. After numerous Croatian and European championships and playing for Croatian national team Zoran moved to Valparaiso University. During his NCAA career, he successfully led his team to 3 NCAA appearances and an incredible run to the SWEET 16 round. Shortly after graduation Zoran was invited to Chicago NBA pre-draft camp, played summer league with the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers, attended free agent camps for Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers, traveled to Europe, Asia and the Middle East to play in the worlds top leagues. As globetrotter, Zoran frequented China, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Germany, Belgium, France, Israel Portugal and Greece. Zoran was Slovenian Champion and All-Star, Portuguese cup winner, played for Eurolague team, drafted by Shandong Bulls in Chinese Basketball Association. Zoran run and organized basketball camps, clinics and basketball academies all over the world and is motivational speaker with the focus on youth development. Zoran is Certified Youth Fitness Trainer with the International Sports Science Association . |
