Check-in Information

Coaches,
Please find below some specific information for our State Championship tournament this weekend. Brittany Campbell and Tom Kane will both be handling check-in's for all teams. Check-in will be handled at the Estero Recreation Center ONLY! You must check-in your team prior to the start of your second game. We will start the check-in process at 8:30am at Estero Recreation Center. Either Brittany or Tom will be at the Estero Center all day Saturday to handle your check-in needs. Directions for Estero and Wa-ke Hatchee Recreation Center are located at www.leeparks.org.

Check-in Procedures
Florida YBOA rules require ALL teams must check-in at EVERY tournament at a designated location determined by the Tournament Director. Coaches must bring their entire team to check-in, IN UNIFORM. Failure to check-in at a tournament will result in forfeiture of state rankings points for that tournament (NO EXCEPTIONS). Coaches must have the following information available during check-in:
1. Copy of paid YBOA team roster
2. Copy of all paid coaches membership(s)
3. Copies of all players birth certificates
4. Picture of each player included.

If you have a player that has transfered from another team, you must bring the player release form with you to check-in. The form can be found on www.yboa.org. The form must be signed by both coaches. If the form is not presented at check-in then that player is ineligible to play in the state championship.
Coaches, please also bring copies of your printed roster to your games to hand to the score keeper to enter into the official score book at each game.

YBOA State Tournament Admission Fees
Adult Tournament Pass is $20 and Daily Pass is $10
Student Tournament Pass is $10 and Daily Pass is $5
5 Years and younger is no charge
Coaches and players always get in free of charge!
Please let your parents know the gate charge. This is YBOA's gate fee for all Florida State Tournaments.
All Players and the Head Coach will be receiving a Free Tournament T-Shirt at check-in. Additionally we will have a listing of shopping, restaurants and activities in the area in your coaches packet.
